Product and Process Description:
Not From Concentrate (NFC) Concord Grape Juice is a dark purple, highly flavorful grape juice. It is produced from mature, unfermented Eastern US (Lake Erie Concord Grape Belt) Concord Grapes (Vitus Labrusca) by pressing into juice, then clarifying, and detartrating. No water, other grapes, grape juices, sugars, or sulfites have been added.
NFC Concord Grape Juice has been processed in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strictly sanitary conditions that meet the requirements of the U.S Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR Parts 110 - GMP and 120 - HACCP) and New York State Dept. of Agriculture and Markets. It is the product of USA.

Packaging:
Standard packaging is sealed bulk truck tankers. Juice is also available in a reconditioned open top metal drum with a Brammall seal. Each drum is lined with two food grade polyethylene liners each tied with a self-locking cable ties. Drums are filled to 50.0 gallons (weight varies with actual Brix).
Shelf Life and Storage:
NFC grape juice should be processed within two weeks of receipt when stored at 30-40F. Shelf life may be extended by pasteurization.
