This is the only grapeseed oil made from Concord Grapes. It has a light nutty flavor that blends nicely with other food. Concord grapeseed oil has a high smoke point, so its great for searing meats or sautéing vegetables. Trans fat free, and 75% of the oil is the essential omega-6 fatty acid.
