Purple Snow Cone (C)

• 3 trays of ice cubes
• 12 ounces of 100% Concord Grape Juice Concentrate

Crush ice in blender or food processor. Spoon into six dessert dishes or paper cups and pour equal amounts of the concord grape concentrate over the ice. Serve immediately.
